Qualification: CA,CS,CFA(USA),MBA(IIM)

He has qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2010. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Management –IIM from where he has done his Masters in Finance. Mr Jain is also qualified as a Company Secretary(CS) , Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA Institute, USA).

His Expertise lies in Helping MSME’s and Businesses Recover their Outstanding Business Debts from their clients- Corporates, Non-Corporates, Govt Bodies, other Msme’s , Individuals, etc., He offers services as a Msme Arbitrator whereby he tries to settle commercial disputes in friendly manner. He has extensive experience in resolving matters through Msme Courts, NCLT, Mediation etc. He has given many Seminars, Webinars on educating Msme’s , Businesses on documentation to be maintained so that if there any Outstanding Business Debts they can be recovered in future through Arbitration or Legal Means.

He has resolved commercial disputes from Multinational Companies (MNCs), Listed Companies, Msme’s Across India and Globally. A Known Speaker – given many awareness session on Recovery of Outstanding Business Debts – Documentation to be maintained, Steps to be taken, etc. at request of different Business Associations across India. He has in-depth experience of more than 6 years in this field. And his Team comprises of experienced professionals from the Industry.

He also offers services on NRI – Taxation – For People Shifting Base to India. He renders Advisory, planning and compliance services for Corporates & Non-Corporates on Income Tax matters & GST. He has extensive experience in representing cases in various Appellate authorities. He also possesses indepth knowledge in areas of Equity Market & Investment planning due to his hunger to explore Investment avenues.

He has gained rich Industry Experience in companies like PWC, Essel Group in areas of Corporate Finance & Strategy, Business Development, Project Finance and Technology Consulting. He also possesses indepth knowledge in areas of Equity Market & Investment planning due to his hunger to explore Investment avenues.

Achievements:

In the Year 2014, at the age of 25, he became the youngest person in India to bag the above mentioned 5 degrees.
He has made headlines for his achievements in noted newspapers like Navbharat Times, The Times of India, The Telegraph and The Navbharat.
He has even Bagged
4th All India Rank in CS Professional Examination,
6th All India Rank in CS Foundation Examination,
17th All India Rank in CA – CPT Examination.

Vimal Jain

The man with a Midas touch, Vimal Jain brings on board his rich experience in the equity market wherein he witnessed innumerable occurrences of bull & bear phases. His strong business acumen polished over three decades has further enhanced his already sharp researching abilities. He has successfully led multifold growth in investments handled by him over the decades. In Addition over more than three decades of experience in Tax Consultancy.

Shraddha Jain

Shraddha Jain is a Chartered Accountant, MBA (Finance) and pursuing LLB. She brings on board rich experience in Tax Consultancy, handling complicated GST and Income Tax Matters being her area of expertise. She renders Advisory, tax planning and compliance services for Corporates & Non-Corporates in different aspects. In Addition, she has extensive experience in representing cases in various Appellate authorities.
